The County of Northern Lights is aware there are issues of overcharges on utility invoices for account holders in the Hamlet of Dixonville.
We are working on correcting the issue. Effected account holders will be credited for any overcharges and late fees on invoices that were unpaid while the billing error is being corrected.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and we appreciate your patience as we work towards resolving the issue.
The rates for water charges have not changed. Current rates can be seen on the County’s Schedule of Fees Bylaw.
