Responses may be delayed but will remain within legislated timelines. Communications may come from County staff or our contracted planners, ISL Engineering.

After reviewing the Subdivision Information Package, you can fill out and submit your Subdivision Application!
Subdivision Application Fees
Fees for subdivision applications are outlined in the Schedule of Fees bylaw. The current fees are
- Basic Subdivision: $100
- Fee per lot created: $100
- Farm separation: $300
- Endorsement fee (per lot): $55
