Bylaw 26-61-511 proposes to amend the land use district on those lands described as a portion of North West (NW) of section Thirty-Six (36), Township Eighty-Four (84), Range Twenty-Two (22), West of the Fifth Meridian (W5M) be amended from a split zoned parcel in which the North is Zoned Agricultural Restricted (AR) and the South is zoned General Industrial (M1) to the entire parcel being zoned Agriculture Restricted (AR) District as illustrated in Schedule “A” attached hereto
A copy of this bylaw and supporting documentation may be viewed at the County Office in Manning during regular business hours.
The County of Northern Lights Council will hold a Statutory Public Hearing on the proposed bylaw on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 in Council chambers and via the virtual Zoom platform. You are invited to attend the Statutory Public Hearing to express your views or listen to the deliberations.
