Role Summary:

Responsible to support the agenda and success of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Primary contact for internal and external customers, relating to matters pertaining to Council and Administration.

Act in the roles of:

  • Recording Secretary, to Council and committee meetings
  • ATI (Access to Information) and POP (Protection of Privacy) Coordinator, and
  • Emergency Public Information Officer
  • Provide an advanced level of administrative support to the CAO and management team.
