Notice is hereby given under the requirements of Section 311 (1) of the Municipal Government Act that the 2026 Combined Assessment and Tax Notices for the County of Northern Lights will be sent to the property owners, dated Friday, May 8, 2026, and are due and payable on or before Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
Assessment inquiries may be directed to the Assessment Department at the County Office at 780-836-3348 or to KCL Consulting Inc. at 1-888-419-2158. The assessment roll is open for inspection during office hours by appointment only.
After your initial inquiry, any person who objects to the assessed value placed upon their property may submit a final appeal complaint with the Clerk of the Assessment Review Board by Wednesday, July 15, 2026, using the Assessment Review Board Complaint Form available at the County office or on the County website. The applicable appeal fee must accompany all appeals.
Under Section 311 (2) of the Municipal Government Act, all assessed persons are deemed to have received their notices as a result of this publication.
