At the May 27, 2025, Council meeting, the County of Northern Lights Council motioned to host two town hall events regarding the Peace River Nuclear Power Project.
The town halls are aimed at providing County of Northern Lights residents with the opportunity to gather information related to the Peace River Nuclear Power Project, engage with Council, and ask meeting presenters questions.
The town halls will be held:
- Monday, June 23: Warrensville Community Hall, 240080 Township Road 844. 7 - 9 pm. Doors open: 6:45 pm
- Thursday, June 26: Elks Hall, 302 4 Ave SE, Manning. 7 - 9 pm. Doors open: 6:45 pm

Due to logistical and time constraints for the event, a virtual attendance option is not available for these town halls.
