At the January 13, 2026 councile meeting, the County of Northern Lights Council motioned to temporarily suspend accepting new applications for the residential snowplow program, effective immediately.
This is due to staff being unable to safely inspect driveways.
The new sign-up suspension will be in effect until June 30, 2026.
