A valid notice of appeal must contain the legal description of the subject land, the reasons for filing the appeal, and the required appeal fee. The Municipal Government Act requires an appeal to be submitted within twenty-one (21) days from the date on which notice of the decision of the permit was first publicly posted. APPROVED Permits are also posted in THE MILE ZERO-BANNER POST.
