Subdivision Appeals

Only the applicant, municipality, school boards and provincial government may appeal subdivisions. Adjacent property owners are notified of applications and invited to comment.

A Notice of Appeal must in writing and filed with the Peace Regional Subdivision and Appeal Board (Peace Regional SDAB) within 21 days of the Development Authority's decision, with a fee charged for lodging an appeal.

Subdivision Appeal Fees

Applicable fees for subdivision appeals are outlined in the Schedule of Fees bylaw. The current fee is $150. 

Payment can be made via:

  • In-person at the County office with cash, cheque, debit/credit
  • Over the phone with a credit card
