Figure Eight Lake

Location: Located 28 kilometres northwest of Grimshaw.

Amenities: Offers swimming, playgrounds, boat launch, fishing, and hiking trails along with camping and picnic areas.


Leddy Lake

Location: Located 24 kilometres northwest of Peace River.

Amenities: Offers playgrounds, hiking trails, fishing, a boat launch, showers and electrical camping hookups.


Notikewin Provincial Park

Location: Located approximately 70 kilometres northeast of the Town of Manning.

Amenities: Offers views of 200-year-old growth forests, 2-meter high ostrich ferns, abundant wildlife, and the ammonite remnants of prehistoric tropical climates. The campground stalls are among the most beautiful to be found in the Peace Country, truly a place to get away from it all.


Sulphur Lake

Location: Located 23 kilometres west of Dixonville

Amenities: Offers fishing and boat launch and campsites.


Twin Lakes 

Location: Located 65 kilometres north of Manning

Amenities: Offers camping, playgrounds, fishing and electrical services.


The Whitemud River

Location: Located 23 kilometres northeast of Dixonville

Amenities: The River is a favourite fishing hole offering Pike, Walleye, Goldeye, and Grayling.
