Council Meeting

Any delegations wishing to appear before Council or to address an agenda item not designated as a public hearing shall give written notice to the Executive Assistance, Teresa Tupper, no later than noon on the Wednesday preceding the meeting day. Such notice shall outline the name of the delegation and the purpose of the presentation or funding request. Items to be presented to Council through a slide show presentation will also need to be provided at the time of written notice. Please include the name of the delegation and the purpose of the presentation.

There will be a limit of two delegations per Council Meeting. As such, delegations must book their presentation slot in advance.
